Healing Begins Within
I’m Marsha, a registered and certified naturopathic health coach who believes deeply in the power of natural healing. I’m also a working mum of two girls, so I understand the real-life demands and pressures many men and women face when holding down a career and trying to take care of their health. My journey began with a personal battle with Crohn’s disease that lasted ten years. It was a period marked by significant strain on both my body and mind.
I decided not to accept that way of life as my future. I began exploring holistic approaches, focused on a whole-foods lifestyle, incorporated natural herbs, committed to a consistent fitness routine and, most importantly, learned to truly listen to my body. Our bodies are constantly giving us signs, but so often we ignore them pushing through pain, stress, and fatigue as if they’re normal. That choice to finally tune in transformed my health and my life, and over time, my body began to heal.


Today, I want to help others on their own path to vibrant health.
At True Livity Health Coaching, I combine lived experience with professional training to provide a tailored, personal approach to your unique needs. Whether you are navigating gut issues, working on weight management, dealing with complicated health conditions, or simply looking to feel more like yourself again, I am here to support you every step of the way.
The foundation of my work is based on the sustainability of four essential pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. I guide my clients to reconnect with their bodies and build long-lasting habits that lead to true well-being, rather than short-term fixes.
The name “Livity” comes from a Rastafari concept that means living in harmony with the natural life force. It reflects a way of being that is rooted in balance, respect, vitality, and connection to self, nature, and spirit. This idea is at the heart of everything I offer, helping others align with what nourishes them on every level.
